overall, there seems to be a bit of a lacking while hot, it does open up and improve cooled with more apparent citric fruits
overall this coffee pulls so many nice qualities from mouthfeel, citric and phosphoric acids, honeyed sweetness and a really clean finish.

This coffee starts of with a really great oolong tea quality with a natural (raw) sugar sweetness, it is followed with a soft malic acid quality similar to raisins, and rounded sweet lemon citrus. The mouthfeel is oily and slick creating a very appealing long aftertaste.

This is a deeply tartaric and citric acidity coffee coming through like red wine and blackberries. It has a touch of wine ferment, but that is matched quite nicely with a full dark chocolate body.

Bunyangabu Washed
One of the more interesting coffees this season. With a pleasantly funky, but sweet earthiness of raw sugar and figs this low acidity coffee makes for a unique blend component. The finish is tea like and oaky in a fascinating way.
