This coffee starts of with a really great oolong tea quality with a natural (raw) sugar sweetness, it is followed with a soft malic acid quality similar to raisins, and rounded sweet lemon citrus. The mouthfeel is oily and slick creating a very appealing long aftertaste.

One of the more interesting coffees this season. With a pleasantly funky, but sweet earthiness of raw sugar and figs this low acidity coffee makes for a unique blend component. The finish is tea like and oaky in a fascinating way.
