If you’re a roaster, you’ll have access to pre-financing for higher volumes of coffee than possible with typical small importers. You’ll also gain direct access to farmers through our platform. If you’re a farmer, you’ll get paid sooner and better. Bridging Tables pays farmers within days of a trade, rather than weeks. You’ll also receive a better price for your coffee by selling directly to the roaster rather than a washing station or mill. Our team will ensure your coffee gets to export facilities efficiently. We'll also do a quality test before shipment. And we’ll notify you when it arrives at its destination. 

If you’re a service provider, washing station, mill, or exporter then you’ll get paid by Bridging Tables for services rendered. That means a lot less risk on your part when moving specialty coffee through the supply chain.

We’re so glad you asked! Yes, we are indeed bringing buy-now-pay-later to specialty coffee trade. We believe access to financing is key for small and medium roasters to offer competitive quality and source directly from origin. So we’ve made access to innovative, reliable, and substantial financing core to what we offer at Bridging Tables. 

Qualified roasters will be able to finance up to $5 million in green coffee purchases.

We work with farmers the absolute best way we know how: Directly. Our purpose and mission at Bridging Tables is to unlock market access for the farmers that make enjoying specialty coffee possible. To this end, we have team members or partners in every origin country and empower farmers to communicate directly with our team as well as with the roasters who buy their coffee. 

By leveraging smartphone technology and integrated messaging, farmers keep us up-to-date on harvest times, quantities, and conditions. Roasters will get notified as soon as samples are available for shipping. When a roaster wants to buy coffee, the farmer is notified and can approve or reject the offer. The farmer and roaster can also haggle on price, if they want to. 

Bridging Tables also empowers farmers through a growing network of partners, education, and other tools needed to sustain and grow small and medium shareholder specialty coffee farms.
