Details
Nice soft acidity and fun florals as it cools - there is like a jasmine tea quality, with still some freeze dried berry (more raspberry as it cools). This coffee is a bit light and acid forward to consider for espresso, but a pour over menu item is a good fit for this coffee. Could be used in a blend to bring delicate fruits if paired with a coffee with a heavier mouthfeel and high sweetness.
